How It All Started
We like to call ourselves "lucky". This all came to be what it is by taking a chance, trusting out instinct, not letting ourselves fail, and when we did fail, having the courage to shake off the sawdust and face those challenges again. When Gustavo lived in Mexico, he and his wife became young parents and that was all the driving force he needed to know he wanted to give his children a better life than he ever had. By luck, he ended up at the front door of a man that was running his own carpentry business and in a magical way, they ended up being exactly what each other was looking for. Gustavo since a young age was captivated by art and working with his hands. With carpentry, the skill came so naturally to him that he would be asked multiple times where he learned it, when in reality, this was the first time being in a carpentry workshop.
Fast forward 40 years and here we are now, Gustavo alongside his son Francisco building the family business they always strived to have, with the scars to prove it. To say that we love what we do would be an understatement. Although no part of the last 40 years has been easy, if you ask Gustavo and Francisco, they would not want to be anywhere else. With the same fight and hunger Gustavo had to bring the business to where it is now, Francisco plans to take the business beyond the horizon and honor the struggles Gustavo had to face to get us here.
We hope you stay along for the ride, because we're not stopping anytime soon.
